Who we are

SkinHeaven is run by Filip Duda, Slovakia. Contact for anything about your data: fifik.dudik@gmail.com. Filip Duda is the controller of the data described here.

What we collect

Only the email address you type into the waitlist form, the date and time you signed up, the wording of the consent you agreed to, and where you came from (for example "tiktok", taken from the link you clicked). We do not use cookies or analytics on this website.

The website saves two small settings in your browser's local storage, on your own device: whether you chose the light or the dark look, and, on the links page, whether you already joined the waitlist. They are never sent to us or to anyone else, and you can clear them in your browser settings.

Why

To email you when SkinHeaven launches and to give you your 2 weeks of Premium. Legal basis: your consent (you ticked the box), Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Where it is stored and who can access it

Your email is stored in a private Google Sheet that only the site owner can open. The form sends it to Google (Google Apps Script), and the website itself is hosted by Netlify, which may process technical data such as your IP address when you open the page. Before we send any launch emails we may load your email into an email-sending service; we will name that service here before we do. We do not sell your email or share it with anyone else for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If SkinHeaven has not launched within 12 months of your signup, we will delete your email.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your email at any time by writing to fifik.dudik@gmail.com. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and withdrawing does not affect anything we did before. You can also complain to the Slovak data protection authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (dataprotection.gov.sk), or to the authority in your own country.
